elevated 23MWZ Obituary
We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Annette Mulligan (née Pellegrini) on July 22, 2026 at Hill House Hospice in Richmond Hill.
elevated 23MWZ Annette, 87 years old, is now reunited with her parents Pasquale and Emilia, her sister Ann Guglietti and others who have gone before her.
elevated 23MWZ Annette was a loving wife to Patrick, her husband of 68 years, and a strong, dedicated mother to her two children Paula (Gord) and Janice (Dave). Annette’s greatest joy in life was spending time with her four grandchildren, Alexander (Viviana), Nicholas, Julian and Madeline, and extolling their happiness, success and accomplishments.
elevated 23MWZ Annette will be deeply missed and always present through the stories that we tell, the time we spend together as family, and the food that we cook. Annette was adored by all who met her – she was a kind soul. She was a talented quilter and spent many hours with her church quilting group creating gorgeous pieces. Up until the end, Annette was still leaving her mark as a strong and caring woman as she underwent treatment at Southlake Regional Hospital and Sunnybrook Hospital. Most importantly, Annette was able to make meaningful connections with many of the staff from Hill House Hospice who helped her in the final stage of her life.
elevated 23MWZ Our family would like to express our sincere gratitude for the overwhelming support offered by family, friends, neighbours and the medical/palliative care team members. Your support helped us through these very difficult times.
In Annette’s memory, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hill House Hospice because everyone who leaves this world should have access to such compassionate, respectful and specialized care.

Thinking of all of you and sending our heartfelt condolences as you mourn the loss of a very special wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
