Annie Chong passed away December 18, 2022 at 8:00AM in Credit Valley Hospital from cancer. Annie was born on March 19, 1955 to Romarico and Celera Valera and grew up in the Philippines. She was a caring sister to her 4 siblings: Romarico Jr., Edgardo, Marilou and Edwin. She married Larry Chong in 1985 and had 3 children: Larry Jr., Laurence and Lorraine. She was a happy grandmother to Enzo.  

 
Her family moved to Mississauga, Canada in 2005 and later moved to Brampton in 2020.

elevated CcUge In 2015, Annie was diagnosed to have 3rd stage Ovarian cancer and did chemo multiple times. During her last week, she was surrounded by her family and friends who cared and loved her so much. She will be remembered as a strong woman who fought to live to be with her family. “
