elevated zjFmS It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Anthony Barbuto, at the age of 82 on Sunday, March 5, 2023. Beloved husband of 52 years to Rosemarie Barbuto (nee Santaguida). Loving brother of Maria and her husband Frank Blasi, Ines and her late husband Silvio Greco, and the late Giuseppe Barbuto. Beloved brother-in-law of Joseph Santaguida, and the late Carol. Devoted and proud uncle of Loredana and her husband Mario Masellis, John and his wife Nancy Greco, Valentino and his wife Sandra Blasi, Diana Greco, and the late Gino Barbuto.
elevated zjFmS Anthony was born on July 13, 1940 in San Benedetto Ullano, Cosenza, Italy. Cherished son of the late Silvia and Giuseppe Barbuto. He will be dearly missed by his nieces, nephew, great-nieces, family and friends.
elevated zjFmS Anthony enjoyed spending time at his cottage at Balm Beach and travelling with Rosemarie to visit his relatives in Italy. Anthony was a hard working man, who was proud of his accomplishments.

Our deepest condolences to you, dear Rosemarie and family members of your beloved husband Anthony. You cherished and took care of your husband faithfully and valiantly with utmost love, respect and affection. A more devoted wife I have not known, and his love for you was remarkable. A true love story that lasted for 52 years. Please know that we are thinking of you and praying for healing and acceptance. I know there are no words that ease your pain. Tony was kind and wonderful person. It is blessing that Tony no longer suffers and you can take comfort in how you cared for him so long and lovingly. No one could have done better. We admire your tireless efforts and care for Tony. Tony was always ready to provide assistance whenever my family need help or advice. My family is very fortunate to have you and Tony as our neighbor. We have many fond memories with you and Tony, especially you and Tony agreed to be our 2 sons’ god parents on a very short notice, time spent in your cottage and Mandarin restaurant and many more. Please remember you are not alone and we are just next door or a phone call away whenever you need us. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Please take good care of yourself.

You are my favourite client that been excited seeing me almost everyday. I will always remember each time you tried t open the door once you knew it was me coming. I never heard of complaint about needles, and you know exactly what to do, lift your shirt so I can give your injections easily, makes our job more easier. I will miss you Anton. Your always in my heart. Im happy to become your nurse and have a chance to meet you and look after you for a few years. Rest in peace in heaven.
