elevated UXLnW Anthony Bosco Fernandes, 78, of Mississauga, died peacefully at his home on April 11, 2026, surrounded by his loved ones.
elevated UXLnW Anthony was born on February 17, 1948, to Salvadore and Clara in Karachi, Pakistan. He immigrated to Canada in 1972. He married the love of his life, Mona, on November 11, 1975, and they had two children together, Robert and Daniel.
Anthony first began his professional career as an accountant. Over time, he expressed a desire for change. He became disinterested and even weary with the mundanity of accounting and eventually became drawn to the profession of real estate, where he was able to develop a successful secondary career as a realtor. Through his work as both an accountant and a real estate agent, Anthony developed many long-lasting friendships with colleagues and clients alike, which continued up until the date of his unfortunate passing.
Anthony was an avid nature enthusiast. He was also a fanatical lottery player, to the point where he even asked his wife and son to continue playing his lottery numbers for him when he became physically unable to do so himself.
Even with all his personal and professional successes in life, Anthony was, above all else, a devoted family man, who considered his family to be his greatest accomplishment.
Those who had the pleasure of interacting with Anthony would know that he was a jovial, generous, and kind-hearted man. He was also a devout Catholic and ardent believer in the teachings of Jesus Christ. That said, rumours have it that he could be known to partake in a dirty joke from time-to-time.
elevated UXLnW Anthony is survived by his wife, Mona, their two children, Robert and Daniel, his daughter-in-law, Basia, and his granddaughter, Maya.
He will be lovingly remembered and never forgotten.

Sending My Sincere condolences To Mona and Family.
I will Cherish my Memories of Tony..so many years of wonderful Friendship
Love You All
My condolences to Mona, Robert, Daniel and the entire family.
Tony was and remains a wonderful man and soul. He had such great sense of warmth, humility and yes humour. Many times we would meet for lunch and his jokes were always on the menu.
He was also an amazing friend who cared and inspired me to be a better person.
I will dearly miss my friend. Rest peacefully Tony. And God Bless his family with faith and strength during this difficult time.
I am so deeply sorry for the loss of your beloved husband Tony. My heart aches for you during this incredibly difficult time. Tony was a wonderful man, and the love you shared was truly something special. My prayers are with you and your family. May he RIP.
Dear Mona it is with great sadness that we hear of Tony’s passing. We remember Tony and yourself fondly as our neighbours and seeing the boys growing up. Tony found our second home which we loved so much, but it got too big for us and we had to downsize, but right up to this year we always exchanged Christmas cards. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this sad time.
