Obituary
elevated 4hufZ It is with sadness that we share in the passing of Anthony after a difficult illness that has taken him home to Jesus.
elevated 4hufZ Tony, son to Eleanor and Sam (predeceased) husband to Carol Sutton-Cosentino and father to sons Sam (Alana) and Tony (Caroline) as well as brother to Mary, Madeline (predeceased), Patricia and Lorraine, grandfather to Kai, Cole, Lake and Calla, brother in law to Peg Wyatt and Chris (Vicky) Sutton, he loved his nieces and nephews and will be very much missed by all!
elevated 4hufZ Tony had a sense of humour like none other. He had a nickname for almost everyone he knew, he had a line for almost any life circumstance. His demeanour was always calm, he loved music, pasta, anything Italian. Golf was his passion and he loved his beloved Toronto Maple Leafs. He went through life, living it well unfiltered and unapologetic! He was always true to his character never a regret, family connection and a knowledge that his wife of 28 years loved him each and every day.
elevated 4hufZ In Anthony’s Memory, donation to St. Benedict Parish would be appreciated.

I have many memories of the Coz, that was his nickname. May he rest in peace with eternal light.
He also had many nicknames for me, too many to mention, between him and his buddy Vic Tomasicchio.
It is with a heavy heart, Im hearing of Tony’s passing. My sincere condolences to Carol and the entire Cosentino family. The Coach, was truly a great friend who mentored myself thru some very difficult times. He was such a joy to visit and especially to play golf with. He was a great man and a colorful character. He will be dearly missed.
Carol and the Cosentino family. I’m so sorry to hear of the passing of Tony. I have know the family for many years and Tony was always so much fun to be around. May you find comfort in the love and support of those around you. My deepest condolences. I will keep the family in my prayers.
RIP Coz
Where do I even begin about my big brother from him asking to borrow my allowance because he needed it for a date, to always wanting the car he had, to being The Tone’s younger sister at Richview there was never a dull moment. Hope you are golfing in heaven.
Thinking of Sam, Toe and family at this difficult time. Wishing you all comfort, strength, and peace as you remember his life and the memories you will always carry with you. Our heartfelt condolences to you all.
Nonno was someone what I will never forget and will always remember in my heart. One of my greatest memories with him was when we went to Ancaster for my brothers baseball torment and we had a great time. The name “The Bug” was my nickname from my Nonno and it was created on that day when i was joking around and he said to Lake “This girl is bugging me,isnt she a bug” and that is how my nickname was created from Nonno .We were joking around, went to lunch and had a time I will never forget. We joked around and talked about how bad the leafs were last year and that is a special bond I had with him and I will never forget. We will always remember Nonno in our hearts and we will never forget you.I love you Nonno-always and forever love Calla(“The Bug”)
I’m thinking of you dear cousin. Carol during this difficult time. I’m glad that I had the opportunity to have dinner with you, Tony, Uncle Ken, Wayne and Peg – I enjoyed the banter between you and Tony – clearly a loving relationship.
We will miss you, Uncle Tony. You filled the room with laughter and happiness. You always had a big smile, jokes, and the funniest things to say. You loved when we came over for our foodie nights and those spontaneous, adventurous days with Auntie Carol. TJ loves you and so do I! We’ll share the best stories and fond memories of you with him, always!!! And of course, we’ll take care of our auntie boom boom forever 💕
My condolences to all the family. I have lots of great memories of us growing up through our teenage years and having so much fun together. He was quite a character.
We were so sorry to hear of Tony’s passing. We have so many great memories of “The Tone” throughout our RCI days and beyond.
Sending our sincere sympathy to his family and wishing you all peace during this sad time.
Very sorry to hear this news. Thoughts are with his whole family. Such a big loss! Tony was such a pleasant and fun-loving and witty and generous guy.
T.Coz (as he was known to me) was always kind and welcoming to me when I joined this family, and for every moment after.
I will miss singing at the piano with him most, and how he ALWAYS had a mischievous twinkle in his eye, like he was up to something. I was always known as “Lar”- I will miss this one-of-a-kind man very very much. He always made our children laugh, and he brought ease and fun into our lives. May he rest in peace.
We will never stop telling amazing stories about you T.
Love you T! Love, Lar xoxo
Carol and family, we offer you our heartfelt condolences during this difficult time. We will definitely miss Tony’s infectious smile, wit and humour, but have faith that he is continuing his shenanigans from above. he is in a better place. May he rest in eternal peace🙏🤍 With Love and sympathy, Fiorenzo, Silvia & Maria Ceccorulli ❤️
My sincerest condolences to Sam, To and family. Growing up with “Uncle Tony” was an adventure, I was always called “Teen”. As my Godfather, I do recall some interesting advice when I was little. What I remember the most was getting ready to go to their house and just knowing it was going to be fun…crazy fun!
I am so sad that I am in FL and cannot properly say goodbye and give your family the love they need.
Much love ❤️
Tina
Coz, It is hard to believe that the world keeps moving forward when time feels like it stopped the day you left. I keep reaching for your hand, waiting for a text, or expecting you to FaceTime me ♥️
Our life together was a gift, built on shared laughter, quiet trials, and a deep commitment that carried us through everything. The proof of our love lives on in every memory we made, in the home we shared, and in the pieces of you that remain a part of who I am.
I miss you more than words can ever say. Thank you for walking beside me in faith and for loving me, and for being the best part of my journey.
Rest now. I will carry you with me Coz always. Loved being your wife 🙏
With all my love,
Carol
