elevated seAUC Obituary
elevated seAUC Antonietta “Anna” Maccarone, passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 2, 2026, at Bethell Hospice, after a short and courageous battle with cancer. She was 75 years old.
elevated seAUC Born on June 19, 1950, Antonietta was the beloved daughter of the late Antonietta and Luigi Pacilli. Dear sister to Connie, Ciro and Guerino (predeceased).
elevated seAUC Anna was married to Tom for 24 years and was the loving mother of Vince (Katia), Adriano (Laura) and Robert (Julie). She was predeceased by their beloved son, Lui, whom she carried in her heart always.
elevated seAUC She was a proud and devoted Nonna to Alessandro, Matteo, Riley, Owen, and Lauryn, and a loving Nonna to her bonus grandchildren, Alexis, Layla, and Dylan. Her grandchildren were the joy of her life, and her love for them knew no bounds.
elevated seAUC Antonietta was a talented hairdresser who, for a time, owned and operated Milan Hair Design in Toronto. Even after her retirement, she continued to do hair appointments on occasion, a testament to her lasting passion for her craft and the people she cared for.
elevated seAUC Antonietta will be remembered for her strength, kindness, and unwavering love for her family. Her warmth, resilience, and gentle spirit left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
elevated seAUC With grateful hearts, the Maccarone family thanks the doctors, nurses, and volunteers at Bethell Hospice in Inglewood for the compassionate care given to Antonietta. Your warmth and dedication brought her comfort and dignity and brought our family peace during a very difficult time.
elevated seAUC While our hearts are broken, we take comfort in knowing she has finally found peace and no longer in pain, resting in the arms of her beloved son, Lui.
elevated seAUC In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Antonietta’s memory to Bethell Hospice, in gratitude for the compassionate care she received.
