elevated uT1JD Peacefully passed away on Sunday, August 29, 2021 with his loving wife Jacqueline by his side. Beloved father to David and Michael (Carrie). Loving Grandfather (Nootz) to Kylie, Abigayle and Matthew.
elevated uT1JD The family will receive friends at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home, 211 Langstaff Road East. (west of Bayview Ave.), on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to view the funeral Mass on Wednesday September 8, 2021 at 10:30 am.

Uncle Tony, such a wonderful man, like our second father. His smile, the genuine twinkle in his eyes.
Your hands , like my father Sam’s told a story. Your quick wit and laugh. I wish Auntie Jackie, Michael and David peace thru this journey. You left your mark on many in such a fond and beautiful way. Rest easy knowing we will always hold you close . 🙏

Health challenges have caused many losses over the years. A dreadful journey even from the sidelines. Jackie’s unwavering support throughout it all is what we all hope we have with our life partners. A real-life ‘Notebook’ story. Tony Fisico was a kind and light-hearted man who knew true love and cherished his family. A life to be triumphantly celebrated. We came to know Jackie and Tony during our time at the Alzheimer Society, working and volunteering. We are so blessed to have interacted with them daily during that time. Both so loving and kind to each other and whoever was in their lives, always thinking of others. Jackie was Tony’s cheerleader throughout the whole journey, easily getting others to join in for support with her infectious compassion and love. We celebrate Tony’s life with you and your family Jackie. Sending much love and God’s eternal blessings to you and yours. God is faithful always!
