It is with profound sadness that our family announces the passing of Antonio Tiburtini on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at the Baycrest Hospital Palliative Care Unit.
elevated hfG7U Antonio was predeceased by his beloved wife, Fernanda (née Di Ianni). He was a devoted and loving father to Maria Assunta (Cameron), Luigia (James), and Alessandra (Matthew), and a cherished Nonno to Alessia.
elevated hfG7U Antonio was born on September 15, 1941, in the village of Villa Santo Stefano, Frosinone, Italy, to Alessandro Tiburtini and Luigia Bonomo. He will be greatly missed by his sisters (Anna, Franca and Luciana), his extended family in Italy and Canada, and all those whose lives he touched.
elevated hfG7U Antonio will be remembered with deep love and affection, and his memory will remain forever in the hearts of his family and friends.
elevated hfG7U The family extends its heartfelt gratitude to Drs. Uri Sagman and Harleen Toor, as well as the nursing teams at Hennick Humber Hospital and Baycrest, for the compassionate care, kindness, and support they provided to Antonio and our family.
