elevated 7Xzph Assunta Mazzotta died peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones on August 12, 2021 at Cortelucci Vaughan Hospital. Loving mother of Sergio and his wife Rosina, Vince and his wife Amy, Cinzia and her husband Tony Angiolella. Cherished nonna of Susi and her husband Reg Gartland, Mario and his wife Caterina, Fabio (fiancé Sara), Peter and his wife Jessica, Robert (fiancé Alessia), Daniel, Marc, Erica (Francesco), and bis-nonna of Reggie, Gabriella, Alexander, Claudia, and Antonio. She was a strong and caring woman with a great sense of humour and an immense love for her family. She will be deeply missed, but will live on forever in our hearts and memories.
elevated 7Xzph Due to current COVID-19 protocols, the family will receive friends on Sunday, August 15, 2021 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home, 211 Langstaff Road East, Thornhill, ON. There will be 25 visitors permitted per half hour, A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, August 16, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary Immaculate Catholic Church, 10295 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill.
