Audrey Sydney, a devoted mother, grandmother, great and great-great-grandmother, passed away on August 8 at the age of 92.
elevated i93c7 Beloved wife of the late Alexander Sydney (2007). Cherished mother to Paul (Paula), Theresa (Joseph), David (Judy). Predeceased by two children, Kenneth and Katherine. Adored grandmother of Katherine’s Karie, Arthur and Jenny; Paul’s Bryan, Emily and Sarah; Theresa’s Richard, Francine and Nicole, Dave’s Andrew and Bryan.

I will miss my loving and fun friend, Audrey.
I lit a candle for her today (Friday) at the noon mass at St. Mary`s in Kitchener.
Rest in peace dear Audrey.

I`m so very sad at the passing of my dear friend Audrey.
She added so much joy to my life over many years, as we enjoyed our shared family together. I loved her dearly.

I always joked with you that I am your favourite current son-law, because you previously had another son-in-law. The truth is that I could not have had a better, nicer or more unselfish mother-in-law. It was an honour to have known you and become your son-in-law as well as to have had you as the grandmother to Theresa’s and my 3 children, who always adored you as Theresa and I did.
