elevated WevgZ Obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved Bambina Di Ruscio on October 5, 2025, at the age of 91. She was surrounded by the love of her family at Villa Leonardo Gambin Nursing Home in Woodbridge.

elevated WevgZ Bambina was a devoted mother to Teresa (John), Pina (Stephen), and Lisa (Paul), and a proud, adoring Nonna to Ryan, Daniel, Sophia, Abigail, and Samuel. She was a cherished sister-in-law to Carmela and is lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews in Canada, Italy, and the United States, including those who predeceased her.

elevated WevgZ She now joins her beloved husband Gabriele and their infant daughter Sandra, as well as her loving parents Tomasso De Luca and Carmela D’Orazio, and her siblings Valentino (Marianna), Angiola (Mario), and Gabriele. She is also reunited with her parents-in-law Crescenzo and Teresa Di Ruscio, and all her dear sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.

elevated WevgZ Born in the small town of San Valentino, Italy, Bambina immigrated to Canada in the early 1960s, full of hope for a better future. With strength, grace, and deep devotion, she built a life rooted in love, tradition, and family. She will be remembered as a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a caring Nonna who always placed others before herself.

elevated WevgZ Bambina will be remembered as a sweet caring person with a big heart. Her warmth, generosity, and gentle spirit touched all who knew her. Her kitchen was the heart of her home, where she lovingly prepared countless homemade Italian meals for her family. She loved sharing stories, embracing family traditions, and cherishing time with her large extended family.

elevated WevgZ Bambina will be deeply missed and forever remembered in the hearts of her family and all who were blessed to know her.

elevated WevgZ The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the compassionate staff at Villa Leonardo Gambin, whose kindness and care brought comfort to Bambina and her loved ones, especially in her final days.

elevated WevgZ In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or to the charity of your choice.
