It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father and grandfather. Bernard passed away on July 26, 2022 at the age of 84 at North York General Hospital. He is survived by Ena, his loving wife of 58 years. Devoted Father to Michael (Gillian) and Christina (John). Proud grandfather of Joseph, Claire, Atticus and Grace. Dear brother of Ophelia and Josephine. Bernard is predeceased by his two children Juliana and Joseph and brothers Joseph, Daniel and Steve. Bernard came to Canada in 1973.He has been in the exporting business for over 30 years. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Cuz Bernie, our 漢表 哥. In my memories as a 10 year old ， you were always there for our parents and for us their 5 daughters when we first immigrated in 1973. And you have only landed 3 months prior! You and Cuz Ena continue to be supportive of our late Father and even more so with our mom after our dad’s passing. Mom has always said that “Ah Hon” and Ena have them at heart throughout time. Your cousins the Lee Girls miss you big time ❤️. With much Love and gratitude, Rest In Peace dearest Cuz Bernie. Hang out with dad again and have tea!
I am Ophelia Bernard’s sister. I want the world to know my brother Bernard gave up his education in Canada to return to Hong Kong to take care of the family business and his siblings. He was a father and brother to us during those time I am for ever grateful
