elevated dRWlb Passed away peacefully at the age of 91 in Toronto. He is survived by his children Vivien (Victor), and Bernard Jr.

My condolences to you both. Your Dad was a good man and I am sorry for your loss. Amongst many memories, I remember walking with your Dad to a park in Hong Kong in 1968, and sharing meals with you all.
