elevated gX7D8 July 18, 1939 – October 17, 2025

elevated gX7D8 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Bernardino Petronzi, who left us peacefully on October 17, 2025, at the age of 86. His passing has left all of us in utter shock and disbelief.

elevated gX7D8 The world has lost a truly great man — wise, friendly, and deeply loving. He touched countless lives and formed friendships across all nationalities. His warmth and infectious personality will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

elevated gX7D8 Born on July 18, 1939, in Patrica, Frosinone, Italy, to Felicita Rinaldi and Giuseppe Petronzi, Bernardino arrived in Canada in September 1964 on a work visa as an electrician. Just before his visa was set to expire, he met the love of his life.

elevated gX7D8 Bernardino is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Carolina; his loving and devoted daughter Silvia (Gaetano); and his proud twin grandchildren, Marco and Anna, whom he adored deeply. His traditions and teachings will live on in our hearts forever.

elevated gX7D8 He will be greatly missed by his brother Amerigo (Teresa); nephew Leonardo (Laura); niece Laura (Ben Munro); sister Anna Maria (Luigi); nephews Roberto and Enrico; niece Antonella Mattioli; brother-in-law Loreto (Palmina) Capobianco; and nieces Filomena (Carmine) and Nadia (Joe).

elevated gX7D8 Bernardino will be remembered for his deep love of family, his spirit and strength, and his gift for making everyone feel at home. He found great joy in spending time with his grandchildren, gardening, and hunting, all while keeping up with technology. His loving memory will continue to inspire those he left behind.

elevated gX7D8 May he rest in eternal peace.

elevated gX7D8 In lieu of flowers, donations to the Kidney Foundation or a charity of your choice in memory of Bernardino Petronzi would be greatly appreciated.
