elevated p3R9r On January 31, 2022, at age 83, Beverley Crompton passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family and her beloved pets. Despite her strong will and determination, Cancer and COVID-19 proved too much to bear. She had a passion for sports and music, and won many awards in baseball, golf, and swimming. In her later years, she was an avid spectator of golf and the Toronto Blue Jays, and enjoyed travelling the world with her friends. Bev touched the lives of so many both in her business and personal life. She will be greatly missed by family, friends, golf gals and her many business associates, particularly in the music industry. Bev was predeceased by her parents and siblings. Cremation has already taken place. Unfortunately due to gathering restrictions, Services will be for immediate family only. Information and condolences at Holy Cross Funeral Home (Thornhill) website. In lieu of flowers, donations in her honour can be made to the OSPCA, Canadian Cancer Society, Covenant House or the Scott Mission.

I am so saddened to hear of Bev’s passing. I always enjoyed playing golf with her and learned much about the rules of the game from her. We also shared a love of animals. My deepest condolences to her family.
I always enjoyed Bev’s company for a chit-chat on many topics
One of them was music & I was really impressed by the many musicians she actually knew
Always a joy to meet at “Wimpys for breakfast
So sorry to hear that she’s passed
R.I.P. Bev
I was surprised to read today’s paper. I worked for Bev and installed her first lawn sprinkler at Murmouth in 1998. Then, she asked me to install another one, at her new house on Silver Aspen. So I’ve known her a long time. Very nice lady. Would just leave the house key for me.
You may want to advise Andy, her other long time repair man. I have his number, if you need it. Also the number of the new lawn sprinkler company, since I retired. Hope this helps. We’ll miss her.
So saddened to learn of Bev’s passing.
We travelled many miles together and played some of the finest golf courses.
No doubt, Bev is off on her next adventure!
We will miss her.
R.I.P. Beverley
The laughs, private naughty jokes and stories are etched in my mind. So many good times and hours of friendship and lots of love. Bye my friend, and thanks.
After being neighbours for some time, we got our dog Charlie about 12 years ago, so I met and talked to Bev regularly on our trips around the block. As it turns out, through Bev’s musical business and my enthusiastic trombone hobby, we had a lot to talk about. We knew some of the same people, and the anecdotes were quite fun.
Near to Bev’s passing, I occasionally walked Missy & Daisy. The last time I saw Bev was when she called to invite me and other neighbours to see the Stanley Cup on her front porch. I’ll miss her. RIP Bev
Goodbye Sweet Beverley. Sandy and I won’t be able to do our “Three Musketeers” lunches without you.
You are probably lunching with all your musician buddies up there now. You will be missed my dear.
R.I.P.
Beverly was and always will be an important part of my life. Bev has been a wonderful friend since the ’60s at RCA and for many important occasions in our life.

I was so saddened to hear of Bev’s passing, having known her through Yonge/Eglinton, Scarborough, and finally Thornhill. A very intelligent, strong, inquisitive, and accomplished woman, she was devoted to her passions. And completely committed to caring, supporting and loving her many pets over the years. May she Rest In Peace. Sincere sympathy to her family.
RIP Bev,
We travelled many miles together. Had many laughs & good golf games. Remember your hole in one when on Isle of Islay in Scotland & the African safaris.
Condolences to the family
