So terribly sad to hear about my cousin Brendan. It’s many years since I last saw him but I still remember the not quite 10 year old boy I met on my first visit to Toronto when I stayed with Auntie Betty and Uncle Shichael. My condolences and love to all the family. You are such a close, warm and loving bunch and I hope that your memories of your fun times with Brendan will bring you all some comfort and peace at this very sad time. May he rest in peace. Much love to you all. Marian x
So sad. My first memory of Brendan was when he was four. Sitting with his mom in front of the house on Cunningham…..she was brushing his hair, trying to get him ready for church. I love the Griffin family, everyone, and will miss Brendan. I wish you all the best during this difficult time.
We were very saddened to hear about Brendan’s passing.
During our visit in a summer sometime in the mid-2000’s, Brendan arrived at Michael and Betty’s house. He was more than gracious to us and entertained our then pre-teen son Brendan for hours by playing baseball with him. He had a quiet and kind manner that reflected a gentle, welcoming nature.
We wish you all the best in coping with your loss.

I have nothing but warm and wonderful memories of Brendan.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time.
May you rest in peace Brendan.
He is already missed more than I thought possible. Rest in peace my brother.
Loved and now missed like the brother I never had.
So many warm memories, so many great moments shared – often including Mr and Mrs Griffin and the truly wonderful family they raised. My thoughts and love to all of you, I hope you are as comforted as I am by remembering Brendan.
Am grateful he and I shared a good laugh a few weeks ago, and although it was physically difficult for him, he was a great comfort this March when I suffered my own loss.
Love you buddy, no more pain, no more fear. May you find the peace and love you deserve – your Dad will show you the way
It’s with a heavy heart that I say goodbye to you Brendan, I will always have the memories of the many good times we had.
I know you will be looking down on us and keep us all out of trouble.
Condolences and blessings to the Griffin family, RIP my friend.
On behalf of our “Griffin” family, Shawn, Nancy and myself, Fergus, we want to reach out and extend our love and comfort to Brendan and the entire Griffin family. Rather than the sadness at this time I prefer to remember the happy gatherings, laughter, songs and music that seemed to surround the Griffin family.
In honour of the Griffins and particularly Brendan I thought it only appropriate to leave a hockey stick out in tribute to Brendan and the rest of the family.
Fergus
We are very fortunate to be related to the Griffin family and enjoy their friendship and the many happy times we spent with them. Brendan and our boys had many happy times together from camping and sharing their love of music and he will be sadly missed. Rest in peace, Brendan We will always remember you with love

Joan and I are truly saddened by the passing of Hannah’s Dad. Brendan will always have a special place in our hearts. Wonderful memories of the “early days”, and a new and special relationship that has developed over the past few years.
We know that he is in a better place now, no more suffering, and eternal peace and love.
Our thoughts, condolences and prayers go out to Betty, and all of Brendan’s siblings.
Our deep regrets to learn of the passing of Brendan. Peace and prayers.
So sad to hear Brendan passed, death is difficult but much more so when someone is so young. May god guide Brendan with peace and love through his next journey.

We were very saddened to hear the passing of Brendan. Michael, Betty & the whole family were so kind to us when we stayed there many summers ago. We shared a basement with Brendan and got to know him as always very kind, upbeat & lots of fun. We’re sure Michael was waiting for him and he is at ease now. May The Lord Christ comfort the entire family. Especially his daughter. My sincere condolences 💐. My prayers are with you. The first time I met Brendan was at a bar called The Grove. A gentle soul is what always comes to mind. A great listener and a beautiful smile. We jammed a few times together on stage which was always fun.
I know you are with The Lord and in a beautiful place. Enjoy brother ❤️✝️❤️✝️
May The Lord Christ be with all of you ✝️❤️✝️

Condolences and blessings to all the Griffins and extended family. Memories of the two youngest, Buzz and Willie will always be cherished. You were kind in including me in everything and I’ll never forget the basement air hockey and trips to Beckers for mojos. Time has passed too quickly and our hearts will be sad until we see you again.
My deepest condolences to the Griffin family. I have many fond memories of family gatherings, jamming, camping, and sharing family dinners with Brendan. Rest in peace.
Heartfelt condolences to all.
Brendan called me “SIL” and I called him “BIL”. The nicknames were acronyms for sister-in-law and brother-in-law, and they were a fun and loving greeting between us.
He is no longer in pain. He leaves a hole, especially as Hannah’s father. Our memories and faith in God will sustain us.
Blessings to you all. May Brendan rest in peace.
