Grandmothers hold a special place in our hearts and my Nonna definitely left a little hole in mine. She was an amazing grandmother who devoted her life to her family. We are grateful to have had such a great role model to look up to.
Luckily, her great-grandchildren also got to experience her love and kindness. She always made sure we had enough of her tomato sauce ready in the freezer and because of her, I can’t eat Italian food out at a restaurant as it will never be good enough. We love you so much, Nonni.
