Trasolini, Bruno (1938 – 2019)
elevated d5syq Passed away peacefully on Monday June 24, 2019 at the age of 81. Son of the late Gerardo and Maria Trasolini. Bruno is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Maria (Malandruccolo) and beloved sons Cesare (Angelia) and Bruno (Christina). Proud nonno to William. Born in Torrice, Frosinone, Italy in 1938, he worked and completed his military service in Italy before immigrating to Canada in 1967 with his family. Bruno worked all of his life first as a contadino then as an operating engineer. He was a man who loved to work and was proud of his accomplishments. His garden was his oasis where he and his wife enjoyed cultivating the land and sharing what they grew with friends and family. Bruno prided himself on putting his family first through the joys of fatherhood and most recently through the joys of being a nonno.

Bruno was a generous hard working man. He loved children and can be seen in photos with a big smile when around them. We have many great memories of times spent together. We will miss him dearly.

Our deepest condolences to your family. Bruno was a a kind and generous man and a dear friend of my parents Domenic and Maria Di Savino. We lived on the same street for many years and Bruno always stopped by our house after a day at the farm or shopping to drop off something he thought we would like. He always thought of our family, as that was the kind of man he was. Always giving so much and asking for nothing back. Rest in Peace the memories we have will never be forgotten.

Zio thank you for the great memories, for the Easter egg hunts in your backyard, for letting us hold the baby chickens, for your delicious apples, and for always being a cool Zio. We will miss you a lot. From Brandon, Matthew and Andrew.
Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. Bruno was the best neighbour you can ask for. We went through a large renovation and this great human being (with the help of his loving wife Maria) would bring over coffee and pastries for our contractors. He always watched out for us.
