elevated QNg9K Obituary
It is with extremely heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Bryan Robert Simard on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at the age of 38. He is predeceased by his parents, Robert (1999) and Linda (June 2025). He will be deeply missed by his sister, pets, extended family, and many friends.
elevated QNg9K A lifelong gamer, Bryan will also be missed and remembered as “JiggaBry” by his gaming circle and World of Warcraft guild. Bryan started gaming at an early age, first learning to play games like Pac-Man on his dad’s Atari system. His gaming skills quickly progressed, and he was soon entering local competitions and later travelling to championships in Canada and the US, winning several. In 2008, the Simard family travelled to Hawaii where Bryan found the Hawaii Video Gaming League (HVGL). In a 2-day gaming tournament in Honolulu, Hawaii “Bryan Canada”, as they called him, became the HVGL Marvel vs CAPCOM 2 and the HVGL Super Smash Bros. Brawl Champion of the Islands.
elevated QNg9K Those who loved Bryan knew he was a simple person…in the best way possible. He was always genuine, honest, and kind-hearted. Beside gaming, he enjoyed spending time with friends, eating delicious, uncomplicated food, and visiting family. He had a soft spot for animals and would often rescue or relocate critters for their own safety – snakes, birds, rodents, sometimes insects, and even a few baby raccoons.

My condolences to the family. Bryan was truly the best of us. I’m going to miss him dearly but his legend will live on.
Brian was always such a pleasure to speak with. His kindness, gentle nature, and positive spirit never went unnoticed. He was a true and loyal friend to my son Robert, and he will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Taken far too soon, he has left a lasting imprint on the hearts of many. Rest in peace, Brian. 💙
We are so saddened to hear of Bryan’s sudden unexpected passing. Having been longtime friends with his parents, and our kids growing up with him and Nicole, we have many wonderful memories: the fun dinners, parties, Santa Claus parades, the trip to DisneyWorld. Bryan was a kind, considerate, caring young man. Our thoughts and prayers are with Nicole at this very sad time. Rest in peace Bryan with your Mom and Dad.
Dear Michelle,
Condolences on the loss of Bryan Robert Simard.
