elevated Zww0B Heaven has another angel. Carmela left this earth peacefully on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, at the age of 93 to rejoin her beloved late husband Antonio Di Mambro. Carmela’s life was dedicated to caring for her family. She was a loving mother to Dino and his wife Marilena (Mary), loving nonna to her pride and joy, Stephan (Josephine) and Christian, loving bis-nonna to Max and Austen. Carmela was a seamstress who enjoyed making her own clothes. As an avid gardener, it brought her immense joy to know that her passion for gardening was passed down to her son and grandsons who will carry on her traditions. She will be missed by her sister Maddalena (Lino) and brother Emilio (Rosa). She was predeceased by her parents, Antonino Russo and Vincenza Sinagoga, brothers Domenico Antonio and Serafino. She will also be missed her sister-in-laws, brother-in-law, nieces and nephews and many friends, with whom she was always ready to celebrate, share a dance, and have a card game. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Carmela’s memory to the North York Harvest Food Bank, 116 Industry Street, Toronto, ON, M6M 4L8 https://northyorkharvest.com/tribute-card/ .
