elevated 73PDM With deep love and sadness, we announce the passing of Carmela Mango on September 3, 2025, at the age of 79.
elevated 73PDM Carmela was born on July 18, 1946, in Maierato, Italy. She immigrated to Uruguay, where she wed Nicola, the love of her life, and together they welcomed two children. Later, Carmela and Nicola made Canada their home, where their family grew once more with the birth of their third child.
elevated 73PDM Carmela and Nicola shared a beautiful marriage, and their devotion to one another was the foundation of their family. She was the proud and loving mother of Angelica, Salvatore (Lilla), and Franco (Angela). She was also a cherished sister to Giuseppe, Giacomo, Domenico, and Elizabeth.
elevated 73PDM Her happiest moments were spent surrounded by family. She adored her grandchildren, Anthony (Daniella), Nicole (Christopher), Nicolas (Sabrina), Marco (Cassandra), Alessia (Gregory), and Monica, and was overjoyed to become a great-grandmother to Jackson and Sophia.
elevated 73PDM Carmela’s home was always filled with love, laughter, and the delicious meals that brought everyone together. Her proudest achievements were the life she shared with Nicola and the family they created. Carmela will be remembered for her warmth, endless strength, and the unconditional love she gave to everyone who knew her.

We had the honor and great pleasure to spend a day at Carmela (mama) and Angie’s home. Mama welcomed us with gracious hospitality, food, drinks and genuine warmth. Her beautiful smile and laughter and being so cute will remin in our hearts 💕 Rest peacefully as you deserve with your husband Nicola🙏above watching proudly over your beautiful family you created🥂
