elevated TA5Uc It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Carmelo Verdirame, on August 4, 2025, at the age of 77. Born in Scicli, Ragusa, he later moved to Canada, where he built a life and married the love of his life, Maria, with whom he will now be re-united with. Together, they created a strong and loving family. Carmelo was a devoted husband and father, leaving behind his daughters, Priscilla (Vincenzo), Monique (Antonio), and Jessica (Antonio), as well as his cherished grandchildren; Alessia, Sebastian, Celina, Matthew, Manuel, and Mia.
elevated TA5Uc A man of deep faith, and hard work, Carmelo’s passing has created a significant void in the hearts of everyone who knew him, especially his siblings, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends, both near and far. He lived his life with unwavering devotion to God, his family, and his community. We invite you to remember him for the profound impact he had on the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know him.
My heart is broken I only knew Carmelo a short time but meeting him was a blessing for me …..such a kind gentle soul. I will keep a place for ur papa in my heart. I’m so sorry and hope u girls hold ur head high for ur beautiful angel xoxox
