It is with profound sadness the family announces the passing of Carolina Gregorini (Nee Reda) on September 24, 2025 surrounded by her family. Beloved wife to Giuseppe Gregorini for 65 years. Born in Paterno Calabro, Cosenza, Italy to Giacinto Reda and Antonietta Vaccaro on September 9, 1940. She is survived by her husband Giuseppe; children Nella, Mirella (Vito), Gina (Joe), and Luigi (Susie); Grandchildren Marco, Deana (Marco), Adriana (Mike), Rocco, Domenic, Michael, Juliana, Joseph and Matteo, and Great-Grandchildren Gianluca, Francesco, Ava and Gia. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her siblings, in-laws, nieces and nephews (too many to name) in Canada, Italy and Australia.
elevated LQTOa Her journey into motherhood began earlier than most. At just ten years old, she lost her own mother, a loss that shaped her deeply. As the oldest girl in her family, she stepped into the role of caregiver, becoming a mother figure to her younger siblings. Even in her own grief, she gave comfort. Even in her childhood, she gave love.
elevated LQTOa That instinct to nurture and care for others became her legacy. Throughout her life, she opened her heart and her home to children of all ages. Whether it was the neighborhood kids who knew they were always welcome or her beloved grandchildren, she treated each one as her own.
elevated LQTOa With her, children always had full tummies, stories to spark their imaginations, and simple joys to discover, like a walk down the street to spot blooming flowers, ladybugs in the grass, or dandelion puffballs to blow into the wind. She had a gift for turning everyday moments into magic for little ones, for slowing time and showing the beauty in the small things.
elevated LQTOa She built a legacy not of grand achievements, but of daily acts of love, meals cooked, hands held, stories told, and countless walks where a child learned to see the world more gently.
elevated LQTOa You can honor her memory by sharing a moment of kindness with a child, taking a walk, or making a wish on a dandelion puff.
elevated LQTOa Her love was quiet, steady, and endless and it will live on in every life she touched.
elevated LQTOa In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Vaughan in her memory.

Our heartfelt condolences. Thank you for sharing the beautiful story of your mom’s life and the legacy she leaves behind, not just in the love of her family, but how she impacted others. We should also be remembered so fondly. God bless your family and may he be your guiding light through this time of grief.
Lou, Susie, Juliana, Joesph, Matteo, and the entire Gregorini Family, our deepest condolences to you and your family during this difficult time. We hope you find comfort in the memories you shared. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
My deepest condolences to all of you who loved your mother, wife and Nana so dearly. Thank you for sharing her journey in life with all of us. She lived her life well and sounds liked she touched many lives along the way. She will always be remembered in so many hearts. God gave her a purpose and may he bless her and all of you always.
My heartfelt sympathies to Lena’s family during this difficult time.
I had the pleasure and honour of working with your mom and dad over the past five years. Lena quickly became more than just a client—she became someone I truly admired.
I will always remember her wonderful sense of humour. She could make me laugh and cry with the incredible stories she shared from her remarkable life. Lena was a strong, loving, and kind woman—not only to her family, but to everyone around her.
During the good times, you could never walk into Lena’s home without being offered an espresso, cookies, and fresh fruit—saying no was never an option! And even in difficult moments, she greeted each day with a smile and a determination to do what she could, even when things became harder. She was truly a trouper in her own right.
I know how much she meant to all of you, and I want you to know that she will remain in my thoughts and prayers. I hope your memories of her bring you comfort in the days ahead.
With deepest sympathy,
Aneita
