elevated Rbnzd It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Cecil Telmo Pamaong on September 30, 2023 surrounded by his loving family at the age of 64. Beloved husband of 29 years to Anna “Jingkee”. Caring and devoted father to Christian and Jared. Cecil will be remembered in the hearts of his 10 siblings and their spouses, mother and father-in-law, nieces, nephews and many families and friends. Cecil was a very private person. He was humble with a good sense of humor. He enjoyed travelling with his family. He was very active and loved sports. He used to play basketball and learned to bike during the pandemic. He participated in the Princess Margaret Ride to Conquer Cancer as his way of giving back for the wonderful treatments he had received. From a very young age, Cecil already loved music. He taught himself how to play the guitar, piano and drums. He also had an amazing voice. Something he shared with his family. Cecil loved to build things. His home is a reminder of how talented he was.
