elevated mjtHF It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Christopher Bernard Finkle born June 21st, 1954. After a brave battle, Chris succumbed to complications of COVID-19 on April 6, 2021 at North York General Hospital.  Chris was the beloved husband of Cathy Finkle and cherished Father of Amanda and Shannon; treasured Step-Father of Sabrina, Amanda and Jessica; Grandfather to Victoria, Rachel, Michelle, Cassandra, Kylie, Christopher, Emily; Great-grandfather to Mason; son to Bernie Thulean; brother to Mike, Cathy, Kim, Cori and Tammy.

elevated mjtHF Chris made an incredible difference to everyone that knew him. He was loved by his family, friends and the countless number of lives he touched with his generous, loving and charismatic spirit. He gave unselfishly and brought joy to everyone around him, always offering help to those in need and generously donating his time as the one and only Shriner Clown “Krinkles”.  It was just this past Christmas that Chris went around his neighbourhood dressed as Santa Clause giving treats to children who lined up around their streets waiting for his arrival. Heaven has gained a true angel in Chris and we know he will be watching over all of us as he has always done.

elevated mjtHF The family would like to thank the wonderful Doctors and Nurses of the ICU at North York General Hospital who worked tirelessly to save Chris’s life. They are all heroes and we are grateful for all that they do each and every day.
