It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Danica in her 76th year. Dearly beloved wife of Nedjeljko of 53 years. Loving mother to son Oleg, and daughter Tatjana, along with their spouses, Sandra and Steve. Adored grandmother, lovingly known as Baka to Jack and Zoe. Dear sister, aunt, godmother, and friend who will be missed greatly by all who have been blessed to know her. May our Morning Star bask in the glory of God in Heaven. With eternal love, rest in peace. Donations may be made if wished to Bethell Hospice.

How to say goodbye to one of my girlhood role models and beloved second mom.
But for only to say I hope you are at peace and that your last breath was a sign of relief.
You will be forever missed and cherished in those places of our hearts and minds that never forget. I know that although you are physically gone, your soul will watch over your family now and find comfort in it when they need you most.

I love you Danica!!!! You were one of my favourite people on this planet! You were my family. Heaven gained an amazing person! You may be gone, but you are never gone from my heart. It’s hard to forget someone who gave me so much to remember. You adored me as a child, and always made me laugh! But I adored you right back. You always wanted to play with me growing up, the many dominos we played at my house and always looking at old photos and reminiscing. I still cannot believe this.. I love you, and I’ll miss u forever, and I’m just sad you won’t be here to see me get married or see my child one day. U were one of the people I really wanted to be there when this happened. May you rest in paradise until we meet again ♥️

Words cannot express the sadness and heartbreak in saying goodbye to one of the most amazing women I know and who made such a positive impact in my life, and I was privileged to call a friend.
Dane, thank you for always being sharing, supportive and loving for many years. You will forever be in our hearts. My sincerest condolences to your beautiful family and may they find comfort in knowing you will be their shining star and guardian angel above.

Danica was a beautiful soul, full of love and faith, she has ascended to heaven, away from us, but closer to God, leaving loneliness and sadness. Words cannot describe what we are feeling. We give our condolences to the entire family. May God rest her soul.

To my Kuma, words cannot express my thoughts and feelings for you. You were a remarkable woman who was there in many events in my life since birth. Although there were so many of them I cannot forget the badminton tournaments in my old backyard, my gold cross which I wear everyday from my 16th birthday, trips to Sudbury and so much more that I could be writing forever. You have came across a long journey and it’s time to say goodbye. I will never forget you because I love you and you will be forever in my heart. Watch and guide over all of us. Rest In Peace and May God Bless You Always.
