elevated g49xN It is with heavy hearts and profound sense of loss that we announce the peaceful passing of Danilo Palu on July 10, 2025 at Villa Leonardo Gambin surrounded by his loving family at the age of 82. He was born on August 25, 1942 in Azzano Decimo, Italy. He is reunited in Heaven with his parents Alberto and Evelina. Beloved husband of Egidia for 56 years of marriage. Loving brother of Marilena (Antonio). Caring uncle of Nicola. Danilo will be sadly missed and held dear in the hearts of his brothers’-in-law and sisters’-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
elevated g49xN Family was of the utmost importance to Danilo. He would do anything for family and friends. Nature, gardening, and spending time with family and friends were his favorite pastimes. In the summer he would meticulously prepare and tend to his garden. In the fall and winter he would look forward to his moose and deer hunting and fishing excursions. As a skilled and astute construction forming supervisor, his work brought him to various project locations in Canada, United States and abroad.
elevated g49xN He will be lovingly remembered and never forgotten. His legacy lives on through the lives he touched and the values he upheld.
elevated g49xN The family extends heartfelt gratitude to Dr. A. Muccilli, Dr. S. Rajendra and Dr. R. Curridor for their kind and compassionate care. Many thanks also to the kind and caring attentive staff at Villa Leonardo Gambin who kept him comfortable during his stay and last days.
