elevated WFEdj Doreen Mona Sepejak entered this world on October 22, 1931 at Toronto Western Hospital and left it on October 22, 2021 from Valleyview Long-Term Residence, on her 90th birthday.

elevated WFEdj She is pre-deceased by her husband, John (1998) and her son, David (2017). Doreen will be missed greatly by her children Diana (Karen), Gail (Maarten), Brian (Chris), by her grandchildren Kathleen (Chris), Alison, Nicholas (Emily), Joanna (Caleb), Victoria (Emily), Danielle (mother, Joanne) and by her great-grand sons Theo, Ambrose and newest little one, Oliver. She also leaves behind her caring sister, Shirley, and niece, Darlene, as well as other nieces and nephews.

elevated WFEdj Doreen will be remembered for her long and distinguished career as a volunteer. Whether she had children at home to care for or later in life, Doreen actively served with the Home and School Association, United Way of Toronto as area captain, Meals on Wheels and, for many years, as a library assistant at Lillian Public School. She also canvassed door-to-door for countless charities. In addition to the many hours of community service she was able to give, Doreen took advantage of these opportunities to meet people, make friends and enjoy herself. She truly was a people-person.

elevated WFEdj The world is diminished by the absence of her smile and laughter. May she find a bowling team in the after-life to keep her happy and busy!
