elevated ChwsH It is with heavy hearts that Dorothy’s family announces her passing. She died peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones, in her 99th year.

elevated ChwsH Dorothy was blessed to have lived a long and happy life, devoting herself to her family and good friends. Throughout her life, she was keen to discuss world events and revelled in the multicultural nature of her beloved adopted country, Canada. Her greatest passion was music, which she shared with her children, and she could often be found in the quiet moments of the day listening to Classical music on her radio. 

elevated ChwsH Dorothy is predeceased by her dear husband, Giuseppe, who always affectionately referred to her as “Dea”. She is also reunited with her surrogate parents (Colomba and Giovanni), her parents (Carmela and Antonio), and her siblings (Angela, Lorenzo, Francesco, and Colomba).

elevated ChwsH Dorothy leaves behind her children – Anita, Annette (Rick), and Nick (Vilma), and grandchildren – Laura (Peter), Marc (Joanna), Alana (Troy), Lisa (Marco),  Sydney (Marco), David (Ellisse), and Daniel (Jessica).

elevated ChwsH She was thrilled to have lived for the birth of her 12 great-grandchildren – Joey, Francis, Jonathan, Elizabeth, Abigail, Andrew, Alice, Massimo, Luca, Noah, Paolo, and John.
