elevated Ykwy0 Obituary
On Thursday, March 28, 2019, the world lost a beautiful and kind soul. Eddie Pui Chung Tang, age 75 left peacefully with his family by his side after a courageous and inspiring battle with cancer. Eddie will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 42 years Margaret, his children Charmaine (Bennett), Monisa (Joe) and grandchildren Alexis, Davin and Maya. Often known as the “General Manager” and Head Chef of the Chow-Tang-Ho-Ko household, Eddie leaves behind an irreplaceable hole in the tight-knit fabric of this large extended family. Predeceased by his father Tang Chung Fui, Eddie is also survived by his mother Wong Yue Ying, four brothers, one sister, their partners and children. Eddie was a man of charisma and style. He was a dedicated member of the SOTW Chinese Catholic church choir, an avid tennis and ping pong player, a culinary artist and had an unparalleled fashion sense. Eddie’s commitment, loyalty and selflessness to his family and friends was immeasurable and he will forever be remembered as our hero.

Eddie, I miss you so much. You are forever my brother and hero. Say Hi to my Dad in Heaven.
I miss you, brother. Of all a sudden, our childhood floats on my mind. The scenes are sweet. They break my heart, though.
Life is a river and where it will take me ,the Lord only knows. But I know one day, we’ll sail away on God‘s ocean above.
Eddie, I miss you forever as you are my best friend and old boss in my life.
Hi dad, I miss you lots. Sometimes for split moments I forget this has actually happened and I feel like I will see you at home. I know you’re with us always though – especially when we are cooking or shopping. Love you…
Dear Eddie, thank you for being our friend and cousin in law. Your generosity, humour and love for your family has been very inspiring. We will miss you.
With love,
Linda and Daniel
Eddie, 您是我們的良師益友,一位可敬可愛的朋友,我們懷念您,願您在天上享永福。
Dad I miss you. I miss you as my dad, but more so as a unique person. All these years you have played the role as a caregiver in our family, the go to person for ALL kinds of problems. I don’t think we have really taken care of you much. Going through all your old photos, I see you as an individual for the first time, and not as a dad, a husband, a household general manager, a chef… I didn’t pay much attention to your need as an individual, and only satisfied your love for fashion and beautiful things. I wished I had connected with you more spiritually. Look foward to reunite with you in heaven.
Eddie: a beloved, truest devoted husband, an affectionate father, a sincere trust worthy brother and a faithful friend to all, may you rest in peace and see you in heaven! We all miss you so!💔
Sorry to hear this sad news. Deepest condolences to Margaret and the Tang’s family.

Eddie 兄,我們永遠懷念您!
We are very saddened by the news of Eddie’s passing. Our deepest condolences to the Tang family and their extended families.
Dear Eddie,
I did not see you close your eyes
Or hear your last faint sigh
I only heard that you were gone
Too late to say goodbye.
May your soul rest in peace in the embrace of our loving God.
Dear uncle 2,
I admire you since I was a kid about 12 years old . You wore a beautiful Cartier watch which I liked it very much . You told me if I worked hard I could have one . Since then , I study hard and work hard .I bought one when I got the first bonus in my life . Although it was just a very simple and casual talking , it set my first personal goal and lead my positive life
