elevated HOhwJ It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Elena Molignano. God called Elena home on Thursday, August 20, 2026 and she passed away peacefully at Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital.
elevated HOhwJ She is now reunited with her beloved husband, Benito Molignano. Elena was a loving mother to Maria (Felice) and Angelo (Janine), an adored Nonna to Michelle (Robert), Tony (Victoria), Benito (Simona), and Joseph (Jessica), and a cherished Bisnonna to Sonia, Nicholas, Maria, and Michael.
elevated HOhwJ Elena’s legacy is one of strength, kindness, faith, and love for her family. Her faith was at the heart of her life. She found peace in prayer and could often be found praying the Rosary, a tradition that brought her immense comfort throughout her life.
elevated HOhwJ She was always there to lend a helping hand and lovingly cared for her grandchildren, creating countless memories and a special bond that they will carry with them forever. Her warm smile and beautiful blue eyes could light up any room, bringing joy to everyone around her. She gave so much of herself to those she loved and was always willing to help others in whatever way she could.
elevated HOhwJ She will be deeply missed and always remembered by her extended family and friends, both in Canada, Italy and Argentina. May she find eternal rest and peace.
