It is with heavy hearts and a profound sense of loss we announce the peaceful passing of Elisa de Yiu on August 10, 2025, at Yee Hong Centre Markham, surrounded by her loving family, at the age of 95. She is now reunited with her beloved husband William Yat Yau. Loving mother of Anthony (Virginia), Antonia, Robert (Winnie) and Margaret (Joseph). Proud grandmother of Gideon (Catherine), Savio (Jennifer), Leighton (Louise) and Frances (James) and adored great-grandmother of Isabel, Caleb, Eliana, Elliot, Hannah, Henri, Brayden. Elisa will be sadly missed and held dear in the hearts for her extended family and friends. She will be lovingly remembered and never be forgotten.

Dearest Margaret, Joseph and family,
We are very sorry to hear about this sad news. Please accept our deepest condolences to your family. We remember your mom’s face and loving smile at the old time when she attended Mass at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church.
May our Lord accept the repose of your mom and receive her into heaven to enjoy eternal rest.
