elevated CzqFa With sadness we announce the passing of Ernesto Michele Sottile on Monday, December 22, 2025 with his family by his side. Devoted husband to Carmelina for the past 67 years.

Vivacious, Warm, Full of Laughter, Welcoming, and sure loved his Wife delicious home cooking. Ernesto was all that, he showed what “Family ” means and proudly raised a Beautiful full one, who were all close, each in their own ways. He always invited us in their home and made us all feel so Special and we always felt like we belonged right there. He loved chatting about life and politics and food and wine and kids and how he is going to travel back to California to wine country.and come see us.in LA. I still see him at the front door with a Big Smile waving us on in to have a snack of Pasta and about 4 more courses of impromtu food! That’s how we see Ernesto. Our Condolences to the family, especially Carmelina his Soul-mate wife of Forever
Rest in peace nono, you’ll always live on in my heart, your stories, kindness, and positivity are eternal, I’m glad we spent the time we did, and that you are watching over us all.

We are deeply saddened to hear about Ernesto’s passing. Neighbours of the Sottile family for over 30 years, we came to know Ernesto and Carmela as affable, very respectful and always friendly and inviting. Truly a man of faith and family is the way we came to know Ernesto. I will miss seeing him and chatting with him while tending to his garden and fruit trees in the back yard.
