With sadness, we announce the passing of Eugenio Pacitti on January 31, 2026, at the age of 96. Eugenio was born on February 21, 1929, in Cervaro, Italy. He was the beloved husband of Anna for 68 years, and a devoted and loving father to John and Paul. Eugenio will be fondly remembered by many relatives and friends from Italy and Canada.
Dear Zia Anna, John and Paul
We are truly saddened Zio Eugenio is no longer with us.
He was the patriarch of our extended family. The one whose sacrifices and strength made it possible for the rest of us to build our lives here in Canada. We all owe him a tremendous amount of gratitude and respect for the legacy he leaves behind. May he rest in peace.

We were so very sad to hear of the passing of Zio Eugenio. My mother had such a deep love and respect for her uncles as did we, her children. Even though we lived in different countries, it was always a joy to see you when we could. Sadly, we cannot be there with you, but please know you are always close in our hearts. ♥

We are very close to you in this time of great sorrow. Even though we could see our uncle only rarely because of the distance, he was always a loved and special part of our hearts. Every time we were together, it was a real celebration, a precious moment we will always remember. His smile, kindness, and love will always stay with us.
