So sad. I have known Frank for approximately 50 years. Way back when we were in College for Law Enforcement. We took diffirent paths in our correctional careers but did end up up working together near the end of our careers. I can remember times when we were discussing something and he would give me the most outrageous advice at times I could not stop laughing. Frank you left way too soon you still had alot of life to live. My condolences to your family and to all who knew you.
Dear Anna and the Stellato family,
I just heard, and I am in shock. How do you say farewell to such a close and dear friend. I will miss our weekly dinner outings, and all his funny stories. I’ll still have all of our memories of working at the Jails together. He was such an amazing character, and I can honestly say, there’ll never be anyone like him again… I miss you already!!!
Love Loris & Cheryl… R.I.P. my Friend!!!
