elevated oELHP Felisa Mendoza Cuadra was a caring and loving wife of Domingo Cuadra, mother of Ronald Cuadra, Daughter in law Rosetta Cuadra grandmother to Cassandra Cuadra, Carissa Cuadra, Catrina cuadra, Cierra Cuadra.  Mother of Michael Cuadra, daughter in law Abby Gail Cuadra, Grandma to Ava Cuadra, Aaden Cuadra and Angelo Cuadra. Sister, friend and nurse. She left this world suddenly on September 25th 2023 at the age of 78. She was born in Pangasinan, Philippines July 4th 1945. After graduating university she became a teacher. As they moved to Canada for a better life, she went back to school and became a nurse. She was always a very hard worker and came out of retirement twice before officially retiring for the last time at the age of 76.

elevated oELHP Felisa loved every minute with her grandkids, dancing, making TikTok’s, telling stories and traveling together. Felisa loved to travel the world in which she has. Loved cooking for everyone and having big parties.  Her door was always open to everyone even if it was friends of her grandkids. Felisa always made everyone feel welcomed and loved.
