It is with heavy hearts and a profound sense of loss we announce the peaceful passing of Fernando Biondi on November 14, 2024, at Lakeridge Health Ajax – Pickering Hospital, at the age of 90. Born on January 1, 1934 in Morcone, Benevento, Italy to parents Giovanni and Maria. Loving husband to Eleanor for 68 years. Adored dad to John (Dawn), Dianne, Monica (Camron) and Paul (Kathryn). Proud Nonno to Derek, Shane and Penny. Fernando will be sadly missed and held dear in the hearts of his brothers and sisters here in Canada and Italy, and many extended family and friends. He will be lovingly remembered and never forgotten.
Your thoughts and kindness are truly appreciated during this time of sorrow.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in honour of Fernando Biondi can be made to the Lung Health Foundation
So sad to hear of Frank’s passing. Deepest condolences to Eleanor and his family. Frank was loved by all who knew him. He was a huge presence in the room when he attended Extreme Fitness. He defied age, and was a bright spark to all who knew him in our fitness community. R.I.P. Frank. You will be remembered well.
Our deepest condolences to Eleanor, Dianne and to the rest of the Biondi family. Frank was such an incredible man with the kindest heart and brightest smile who loved his family and his Koi fish. We had the pleasure of being not only neighbor’s but friends with Frank, Eleanor and Dianne for over a decade and will forever be grateful to Frank for always offering a helping hand, even when we insisted otherwise! He will be deeply missed and never forgotten. Until we meet again, rest peacefully Frank – Lots of Love from The McKennon Family – Diana, Paul, Breanna and PJ
“I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.”

Frank was such an inspiration for many at Goodlife. A bonus to have met and chatted so many times over the years. I was truly saddend to hear of his passing. My condolences to his wife and family.
Ciao zio.
Frank had a big heart and with that big heart he accepted me into the family. I could not ask for a better father in law. He helped and supported Monica and I as we built a life together and I believe he was comforted that we brought happiness into his. I miss him dearly and my most heartfelt condolences go to Elenor, John, Dianne, Paul and my dear wife Monica.
I will raise a glass of Grappa in your honour. Che tu possa trovare la felicità tra le stelle.
Rick Corbett and Maggie are keeping all of your family in our prayers and close to our hearts as you navigate this heart breaking news. Sincere condolences from all of us.
