elevated 6VzlB  Peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving family at the age of 95 on Thursday October 7th 2021 at Sunnybrook Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Michele, caring and loving Mother of Assunta (Domenico), Loredana (Angelo), and Antonio (Lucy). Proud Nonna of Rosa (Marco), Franco, Domenico “Mimmo” (Cathy), Rosy (Paul), Erica (Alex), Michelle and Cynthia. And loving Bis Nonna to 8 great grandchildren.

elevated 6VzlB Originally of San Salvatore Tel. Benevento she was the eldest of 6 siblings. Francesco, Maria, Michelina, Concetta, and the late Carina. Filomena was an incredible woman who took great pride in watching her grandchildren grow, playing a very important role in all of their lives. She embodied strength and perseverance. Her dedication to her Family was unwavering, and she honoured her loved ones above all others. “I miei” as she would call them. She has left a legacy, and a life to forever admire.

elevated 6VzlB The family will receive friends at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home 211 Langstaff Road East (west of Bayview Ave.) from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday October 12, 2021. Private Mass of Christian burial will take place within the funeral home in the Chapel of St. Joseph on Wednesday October 13, 2021.
