elevated 9wCrv It is with great sadness that the family of Franca Di Carlo announces her passing on June 14, 2019 at the age of 72 years.

elevated 9wCrv Loving wife of Luigi Di Carlo, loving devoted and cherished mom to Monica (Tony), Carmine and Mauro (Concetta) and Francine Rouselle (Mother of Adrien and Nadia). Adored nonna to Julia, Paulina, Nadia, Adrien, Mila, Bianca, Luca, and great grandmother to Adrianna.

elevated 9wCrv A delight and inspiration to all who met her. Franca will be remembered by family and friends for her love and generosity. Fondest memories were when entertaining family and friends, laughing and joking and always vibrant. Courageous and strong to the very end battling cancer. We will all miss her and she will forever be in our hearts.
