elevated J8T4Z Obituary
It is with heavy hearts and a profound sense of loss that we announce the peaceful passing of Frances Elizabeth Warden (nee Gray) on May 5, 2026, at the age of 90. She is now reunited with her beloved husband Allan and loved ones that have passed on before her. Loving mother of Clara and her husband John. Proud Grandmother of Isabella, Gabrielle and Quentin. She leaves behind many cherished relatives. Frances was a retired teacher who loved her chosen profession. She was passionate for her gardens, her dogs, quilting, the town of Goderich and her birth country of Canada. Frances relished the simple joys of an ordinary day, the predictability of routines and the comforts of home. She was a lifelong devout Roman Catholic. Her adoration for the Mother Mary comforted her in her most difficult, painful moments and at the hour of her death. Frances will be sadly missed, lovingly remembered and never forgotten.
elevated J8T4Z Words cannot fully express the depth of our gratitude for the care received at Thompson House, her home since 2018. It is a special place filled with countless healthcare heroes and hardworking support staff. Frances would be so appreciative to all the 4th floor PSWs for their exceptional care and teamwork. Clara is forever grateful for the support and help from Nurse Michelle, Nurse Ana, Dr. Mark Goldstein and Dr. Amit Ayra. Their efforts ensured that Frances had the palliative care journey and the good death she wanted for herself.
