It is with sadness that we announce our dear mother Francesca passed away in Toronto with family by her side at the age of 99. She was born in Salemi, Trapani, Sicily, Italy to Antonio and Paola Lodato.
elevated UaSYA She is predeceased by her beloved husband Vito (passed in August 2000). Loving mother to Giuseppe (Florence) and Mary (Mike). Cherished Nonna to Fara, Joseph (Simona), Bianca, John- Paul (Nadia). Proud Bis nonna to Giovanni and Venezia. She is also survived by her brother Giuseppe Lodato, sisters Anna Rabito and Vita Cialona.
elevated UaSYA Francesca’s life was filled with love for her family, her many friends, and for those whose lives she touched. Her ability to tell captivating stories created smiles, laughter, and inspiration for her family and friends.
elevated UaSYA She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all.
elevated UaSYA In memory of our mother, donations may be made to the Hospital for Sick Children.
