With hearts full of gratitude and deep sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Francesca Panacci (nee Guida) at the age of 89. She was surrounded by family when she peacefully entered the gates of heaven.

elevated sRIUL Francesca was born in Pescosolido, Italy, to the late Pasquale and Benedetta Guida. In 1958, she came to Canada, where she began building a life filled with family, love, and cherished memories. She was a devoted wife to her beloved husband, Biagio “Larry”, with whom she shared 67 wonderful years of marriage filled with love, devotion, faith and laughter.

elevated sRIUL Francesca was a proud and loving mother to Tony (Maria) and Enza (Tony). Cherished Nonna Francie to Christopher, Alyssa (Alex), Matthew, Mark (Melissa), and Sarah (Matteo), who brought immense joy and happiness to her life. She was a proud bisnonna to Mia, Sofia, and Matthew and treasured every moment spent with them.

elevated sRIUL Francesca was predeceased by her brothers, Vincenzino (the late Anna), Giuseppe (Marietta), Rino (the late Rosana), and Mario.

elevated sRIUL She was also predeceased by her parents-in-law, Pasquale and Grazia Panacci, and her brother-in-law, the late Giovanni (the late Giovanna). She is survived by Domenic (the late Gina), and Peter (Anna), all of whom held a special place in her heart.

elevated sRIUL She was kind, compassionate and loving. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, neighbors, and all those whose lives she touched.

elevated sRIUL Her love, grace, warmth, and beautiful spirit will never be forgotten.

elevated sRIUL The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff of Villa Santa Maria for the care, compassion, and kindness shown to Francesca and her family during her time there.
