Valli and Family, My Sincere Deepest Condolences for the loss of my dear cousin Frank. May all the good memories you shared with him give you all the strength, courage to get through this most difficult time. May he rest in peace.🕊🙏
I was so blessed to have worked with Frank for many years at Armtec, his mentoring abilities helped shaped my career. The main reason I loved working with him was his love for his family, the day to day stories were something to always look forward to. He is with Jesus our Lord and saviour.
Keep his memories alive with love. 💕
I had the privilege of knowing Frank since 1977, when I first arrived in Canada. From the very beginning, he was a true friend — warm, sincere, and always willing to lend a hand. In a single word, Frank was a gentleman. His kindness, integrity, and quiet strength left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. He will be deeply missed, but fondly remembered.
Rest in peace, my friend.
It is with much sadness that I have learned of the sudden passing of my beloved cousin Frank. I looked up to him in awe of his quiet strength as a child, and it has left an impression upon me to this day. His strength, humility, and grace defined him and continue to inspire me. He will be remembered always with love and deep respect. My heartfelt condolences go out to his immediate and extended family during this difficult time.
Valli and family we are so very, very sorry to hear of Frank’s passing.
He always lit up the room when he walked into the office at ARMTEC and could make you laugh at the drop of a hat. We always looked forward to his visits.

My sincere condolences to you Valli and family.
Frank and I shared the same birthday and I always told him that only the greats were born on June 11th. We now also share the sad month of October as my dad also passed away in October, 3 years ago.
My thoughts are with you in this difficult time.
Our heartfelt sympathy to Valli and Family for your loss of a dear husband and father.
Frank was very much a larger-than-life character at Armtec. He brought charm and humour to our sales office and shared his knowledge unselfishly. It was a pleasure knowing such a kind person.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you today. God Bless.

We are so heartbroken for Valli & all their children along with Annie & Tony and their respective families for the sudden loss of our beloved cousin, Frank — our heartfelt prayers are with you all during this most difficult & sorrowful time. He will be dearly missed by all of us in the Rende family. He was always kind and joking around with us all and being respectful at the same time. Ever since I was little he would jokingly pick on me, it was always in good fun even as I grew older and had my own family — he was like having another big brother. Our relationship never changed (even if we hadn’t seen each other for a long time). We’ll treasure the memories we shared, he will always be remembered in our hearts ♥️ May his memory be a great blessing to many. May he rest in eternal peace ✝️ Farewell cuz for now, but not goodbye …. Rose Alex and family
My sincere condolences to Valli, Stephen, Andrew and Laura and your entire family. May your loving memories keep you strong during this difficult time. May he rest in eternal peace.
Valli, Andrew, Stephen , Laura and family
Roy and I send our deepest condolences on the passing of our beloved friend , Frank. We will always remember the little getaways we took together – Vegas, Montreal . We will always remember the many New Year’s Eves we spent together bringing in a new year full of laughter, joy, and hope. Frank was a generous host, a great story teller and gentleman. We will miss him beyond words. Thanks for the memories Frank. He loved you all immensely, as family was so important to him. Rest in peace
Frank had such charisma. His ability to make an impression on the people he worked with was nothing short of amazing. After meeting Frank and engaging with him, you immediately knew you met someone special and unforgettable. Frank will be missed by everyone that had the pleasure to know him. Valli and family, my sincere condolences on your loss.
My sincere condolences to Valli. Andrew , Stephen and Laura. Your strength and love will guide you. Frank was the most humble, considerate, selfless man I have ever known. As a young man he would always be at our house concocting something with his cousin Marcel. When my boys were growing up he would be there playing with them. We would sit on the veranda and reminisce about everything.
Then he met Valli and we had a wedding.
Frank was very proud of his kids and his two granddaughters. He often talked about them. He loved having them over. Family was everything to Frank. He would show up with a loaf of bread at our house.
In the last few years, we would talk on the phone at breakfast everyday between the four of us. The last few times we were talking he said he was looking forward to retirement. We were going to meet more often and spend time together.
In the last 53 years you have been the brother we never had.
We will cherish all the memories. Frank you will be missed but never forgotten. May you have eternal rest. Until we meet again ❤️
Our sincere heartful condolences to the family. Praying God will comfort you and carry you through the days ahead. Frank will forever live on in your heart through the love you carry and the memories you hold close.
To Andrew & Elissa and To all who loved him, cherished him and carry on his legacy. We are deeply sorry for your profound loss may God wrap his arms around him and may his memory fill your hearts with warmth love and smiles.
Please accept our deepest condolences

I will remember my first time meeting Wendell Clark, Bobby Orr, and Wayne Gretzky was because of Frank.
I was part of all the renovations at a young age on North Glen, learning, helping and supporting and gaining experience.
At a young age, Frank took me everywhere including on dates.
The Toronto Star newspaper deliveries was another special treat that I will remember.
He’s always treated my entire family with love and respect.
Even as of last week, all the knowledge and experience from Frank, I’ll take with me.
Thank you Frank for everything, We will meet again one day! Love you! 🤍
Dear Mandarino Family,

It was a shock to hear of Frank’s passing. My condolences to his family and anyone dear to him. I remembered surprising Frank when he welcomed his first grandchild. I called the office for Frank and was told he was away for the birth. When I finally got a hold of him, my first words were “How’s the grandbaby?”. He was so surprised I knew, and from that moment, anytime we spoke, the conversation always started with finding out about the grandbaby, then eventually grandbabies. I could always hear the pride in his voice about the little ones. Frank, you were a champion who will always be remembered.
Valli and Family, we offer our condolences on Frank’s passing. I had the pleasure of knowing Frank for over forty years. He had a positive and persuasive personality. It was a pleasure working with him. We will miss Frank.

In his great words shared to my dad, I pass them on to him “ you the man”.
Find solace in the memories.

Julie and I send our condolences to you Valli and your family. I met Frank back in the 1980’s and had the privilege of working with him during my career with Armtec. Frank was extremely successful in sales and by far was the best I ever crossed path with during my 40 plus years in business. If you needed to close a deal and obtain the order, Frank was your person. His relationships with so many customers was very impressive. Frank made many of us look good because of his results. Frank RIP.
