God called Gaetana peacefully on September 22nd, 2026 at the age of 98 with her family by her side. After a long and beautiful life, she is now reunited with her beloved husband Francesco Paolo, whom she missed dearly. She will be forever cherished by her children Franca (Rick), Tony (Leslie), and Daniela (Osvaldo). Proud and adoring Nonna to Jesse (Mary Jo), Andrew, Natalie (Dave), Stephanie, Orianna (Danny), Alexandra (Brandon), Marissa (Kyle), Sabrina (Michael), Matthew (Karissa) and Luca (Victoria). She was also a loving Bisnonna to Joe, June, Levon, Arlo, Marcus, Sophia, Francesco, Gabriella, Matteo, Antonia, Aurelio, Quinlynn, Isabella, Leia, Luciano, and Paolo.
elevated 1l0Mx Gaetana was a beautiful light in the lives of all who knew her. Like sunshine breaking through the clouds, she had a way of bringing warmth, comfort, and joy wherever she went. Her smile could brighten a room, her kindness could lift a weary heart, and her love made those around her feel special.
elevated 1l0Mx She had a love for cooking and took great pleasure in preparing delicious meals for her family and friends. Cooking was more than something she enjoyed-it was one of the ways she expressed her love.
elevated 1l0Mx Gaetana will be held dear in the hearts of her wonderful family and friends both here in Canada and back home in Italy.

My condolences to Franca , Tony , Daniela and your families on the passing of your dear Mom . Through my precious 65 year friendship with Franca , I knew Mrs Sinapi as a beautiful soul who adored her family .. and was a great cook ! May her legacy of kindness and love of family live on in all of you. Her beautiful smile is now radiating on all from heaven as she joins her husband Francesco . Rest in peace dear Gaetana .
