elevated eAkXo Geneva Marie Dupuis passed away peacefully in Mississauga, Ontario on Tuesday February 8, 2022, at the age of 82.Daughter of the late Catherine Cullen (Dupuis) and Edmond Dupuis. Beloved mother of Miriam Brainard, cherished grandmother of Genevieve and Benjamin. Geneva was an aunt to many nieces and nephews, she cherished the relationships she had with them throughout her life. Geneva’s joy in life was teaching French Immersion to her second graders, she enjoyed travelling to visit with her extended family within Canada and to the United States. She was hardworking, honorable, caring and well loved by all. She will be dearly missed. She is survived by her sister Julia (Jack Lyons) and her brother-in-laws John Niles, Robert Jones. Geneva was predeceased by her siblings Siffroid Dupuis (Jeanne), Edmond Dupuis, Emma (Adriane Melanson), Eilleen (Walter Lacroix), Doris (George Swatman), Bertha Niles, Louise Dupuis Jones . Also, Geneva’s sister Dora recently passed away on February 12, 2022 (Norman “Dutchie” Duchesneau).
elevated eAkXo Due to Covid-19 capacity restrictions, friends may have to wait to pay their respects during the visitation period, we are inviting family and friends to a walk-through visitation only to pay their respects, offer condolences and then kindly exit the building to allow for others to enter.

Rest In Peace Aunt Geneva. Love and prayers for Mimi and her grandchildren. Mary Jo you did a wonderful job taking care of her all these years.
