elevated punl6 Obituary

It is with profound sadness and deep love that we announce the passing of Winston Ho, who was peacefully called home to be with the Lord on March 21, 2026, at the age of 84.

elevated punl6 Born on October 8, 1941, Winston lived a life marked by love, sacrifice, strength, and unwavering devotion to his family. He was a deeply loving husband, father, and grandfather whose greatest purpose in life was to care for those he loved. A true family man, Winston consistently placed his wife, children, and grandchildren before himself, always wanting to ensure they were happy, supported, and cared for.

elevated punl6 Winston will be lovingly remembered by his adoring wife, Maria; his son, Duane, daughter-in-law, Tricia; and his daughter, Stacy. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren: Tyler, Gabriella, Kaitlyn, Sarah-Marie, Emilia, Kristian, and Daniella. He is also survived by his beloved siblings: Ivan, Russell, Keith, Lynn, Glenda, and Neil. He will also be fondly remembered as the brother-in-law of Fedelia, Maria, Johnson, Alfred, Mary, and Thomas.

elevated punl6 He was predeceased by his dear brother, Ronald, and his dear sister, Judy.

elevated punl6 Winston was a man of quiet strength and remarkable resilience. Those who knew him will remember him as loving, caring, understanding, selfless, and always willing to lend a helping hand. He carried within him a deep sense of gratitude and a heart that found joy in giving to others. No matter what hardships life brought, he continued to fight through countless close calls with courage and determination, holding on for the people he loved most. His family often said he was like a cat with nine lives, and perhaps even more, because of how many times he bravely pushed through. But now, God has gently called him home to rest.

elevated punl6 Above all else, Winston loved his family. Through every trial and every season of life, his devotion never wavered. His love was steady, sacrificial, and deeply felt. He was the kind of man whose presence brought comfort, whose efforts spoke volumes, and whose life left a permanent mark on the hearts of those blessed enough to know him.

elevated punl6 He will be remembered as a fighter, a man of strength and endurance, and someone who never gave up. But even more than that, he will be remembered for his heart, for the love he gave so freely and the way he always put others before himself.

elevated punl6 Though his absence leaves an immeasurable ache in our hearts, we take comfort in our faith and in the beautiful memories he leaves behind. We hold close the comforting sentiment of Do Not Stand at My Grave and Weep, remembering that love does not end with death, and that those we hold dear remain with us in spirit, in memory, and in the quiet signs of heaven all around us.

Do not stand at my grave and weep;

I am not there; I do not sleep.

I am a thousand winds that blow.

I am the diamond that glints on snow,

I am the sunlight on ripened grain,

I am the gentle autumn’s rain.

When you awaken in the morning’s hush

I am the swift, uplifting rush

of quiet birds in circled flight.

I am the soft stars that shine at night.

Do not stand at my grave and cry,

I am not there, I did not die.

As Scripture reminds us in 2 Timothy 4:7–8:
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.”
These words reflect Winston’s life so beautifully — a life of endurance, faith, and love.

elevated punl6 He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and always remembered.

elevated punl6 Grandpa, your love, your strength, and your sacrifices will never be forgotten. Thank you for everything you were to all of us. We will carry you in our hearts always, until we meet again.
