Georgeta Ene, born Micu, of Ploiești, Romania, passed away on August 11, 2026, with her family by her side.
elevated CC1MV She was born on September 30, 1967, to proud parents Constantin and Constanța Micu. In 1991 she married the love of her life, Mihail Ene, and their family grew with the birth of their two beautiful daughters, Ada in 1995 and Ana in 1997. In 1999 the family moved to Canada, where Georgeta built a life centered on family and friendship. More recently she became a grandmother to three: Olympe and Gabriel, both born in 2024, and Sibylle, born in 2026.
elevated CC1MV What Georgeta loved most was having everyone together. Her greatest joy was being part of her daughters’ milestones, from their weddings to the arrival of her grandchildren. To her family, she was the greatest light, inspiration, and happiness in their lives. Her beautiful smile will be missed every day.
elevated CC1MV She is survived by her husband Mihail, her brother Gabriel, her daughters Ada and Ana, her grandchildren Olympe, Gabriel, and Sibylle; and her extended family in Canada, Romania and Switzerland, who will miss her deeply.

I had the opportunity to work with Georgette for many years – for so long, i cant even remember. For sure, it was at least 15 years. There was never a person i’ve me who was so nice and kind, so patient and so professional. It is a complete shock to hear of her passing. I’m sure it was only a few months ago that i last saw her in the office. What is evident is the pride Georgette had of her family – how she would loving talk about them and her children and grandchildren. I’m at a loss for words. Georgette is surely irreplaceable. I want to extend my sincere condolences to the entire family.

I am deeply sorry for your loss. Georgette brought so much warmth and light to our office through her kindness, generosity, and smile. Even on the busiest and most stressful days, she had a way of lifting the spirits of everyone around her. She was an exceptional colleague and, above all, a truly wonderful person. She will be deeply missed by all of us. My thoughts are with you and your family during this incredibly difficult time.

Draga Mihai, cuvintele nu sunt deajuns sa exprime regretul nostru pentru această pierderea imensă. Geta a plecat mult prea devreme, o soție și mamă minunată, mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze. În toți anii de când ne știm, pe Geta am văzut-o mereu blândă și zâmbitoare. Amintirea ei va rămâne pentru totdeauna in inimile noastre. Sincere condoleanțe, Dumnezeu să o odihnească in pace si lumină! O sa vă purtăm în rugăciune și sperăm Mihai să găsiți mângâiere și tu și fetele in zâmbetul și inocența nepoteilor.
