Sonya, Karl and Tommy, and the rest of the family,
I am so very sorry to hear that your Mom has passed. Her home on Donnacona was always a place the entire neighborhood of kids could be welcomed and hang out. She would not hesitate to shelter or feed you, be there to listen, or just make you feel safe. And was my guilty pleasure and fun to see her scream at Tommy for something (which back then he usually deserved, ha ha) then she would turn and ask you quietly and calmly if you wanted a piece of that layered chocolate cake your Grandma would make, lol….Not gonna lie I loved it and I loved her and always will. Hugs to all of you. Sending all my love 💓
Love always Jeanne xo
Dear Karl, Samantha and Hendrik,
It is very sad when you loose a person in your life who you were close to and loved sooo much.
Even though we know it will happen…..until it does, we don’t have the feelings of the loss…….
You will all have different and varying memories of Gisele as Mom, mother-in-law or Oma …..sharing these memories will be a blessing.
My thoughts are with you all at this difficult time.
Much love, Auntie Jane🥰

Dear Sonya, Tom, Karl and family:
Our family sends you are deepest condolences. Your mom’s home was always a safe place for me. The years may have passed but the memories will always live on. There was lots laughter, celebrations over Omas cake, swimming pool fun, coversations in the basement, silly kitchen moments. And the way she yelled Toms name when he did something wrong. Or Karl when she needed something from the car And lets not forget when Sonya got her rabbit and her reaction when it had an accident on her floor..lol. priceless..
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Days ahead will be tough and you will get through it. Just remember she lives on inside each and every one you. X

Karl, Tom and my friend forever Sonya, I’m so very sorry to hear about the passing of your Mum. She was an amazing lady! Tough as nails with a gentle and loving heart. I have such fond and some very funny memories of growing up and going to your house to hang out. Great times we had in the pool, watching Tom and Karl jump in the water from the roof. Midnight swims and sneaking out. God love her, she had her hands full 😂not just you and your brothers but all of us kids coming to yours to play. Your mum would always give me some of her amazing cucumber (gherkin salad) salad and we’d have chats and something to drink in the kitchen. She’d always give me something yummy to eat, I think she wanted to fatten me up. ‘Stick’ being my given nickname from your family 😂I really wish I could have had the chance to seen her again and to give her a hug, and I’m so sad I can’t be there for you now Sonya. I will always cherish the memories of our youth and of your family and your Mum. Also, like Jeanne, a guilty pleasure of mine too was hearing her yell at Tom and yes he did, almost always, deserve it!😉 You could always see the love she had for all three of you, you were her word, and I know how close each and everyone of you were with her. She will be really missed I’m sure. May she fly with the angels until you all see her again. Her service was beautiful! Sending loads of love and prayers to you all 💕x
Love Jacqui, Colin, Myah, Erica and Leah x
