elevated L5e54 Passed peacefully in Richmond Hill on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, surrounded by his loving family at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Filomena. Loving father of Tony and his wife Heather, Maria Mitchell and her husband Mark, Teresa Henriques and her husband Wolvyn and Mark. Adored grandfather of Ashley, Daniel, Lucas, James, Julia and Matteo. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Lung Association.
Dear Tony, Heather, Ashley, Daniel, Lucas and the entire De Angelis family. We are so sorry to hear of the passing of such a wonderful Husband, Father, and Nonno! He meant so much to so many….Our sincere and deepest condolences to you all. May God rest his soul. I will quote what Ashley wrote today: ” I pray that my Nonno has found peace. So that he could sit on his mountain in Italy with his lungs full of air and now know he is there. He’s not suffering anymore” Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

We are so sorry to hear of Joe’s passing. He was such a gentle, kind man. I remember many great visits with your family throughout the years and Joe always such a welcoming host. He will be missed. We are sorry that we could not attend the funeral in person but please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers.
