elevated tzvEt Obituary
elevated tzvEt It is with profound sadness and deep love that we announce the passing of Giuseppa Di Maria, who peacefully left this world surrounded by the love of her family.
elevated tzvEt Born on October 17, 1927, in Termini Imerese, Sicily, Italy. Giuseppa embarked on a journey that would define a remarkable life of strength, sacrifice, and devotion. In 1951, she immigrated to Canada with her young son, Agostino, carrying dreams of building a better future for her family. Through determination, resilience, and an unwavering work ethic, she worked multiple jobs throughout her life, always putting her family first and striving to create opportunities for future generations.
elevated tzvEt Giuseppa was the beloved wife of the late Giuseppe Di Maria, with whom she shared a lifetime of love, commitment, and cherished memories.
elevated tzvEt She leaves behind her loving children, Gus (Nella) and Vince (Pauline), who were the pride and joy of her life. She will be dearly missed by her treasured grandchildren: Joseph (Angela), Jocelyn (Massimo), Daniela (Rocco), Joseph (Emily), and Lisa.
elevated tzvEt Giuseppa was also blessed with a growing family of great-grandchildren who brought endless happiness to her later years: Alexis, Noah, Milena, Liliana, Matteus, Chiara, Adelynn, Gabriel, and Giulietta. Her love, wisdom, and gentle presence will remain in their hearts forever.
elevated tzvEt She is survived by her loving sister, Maria, and brother, Domenic, and was predeceased by her brother, Leonard.
elevated tzvEt Above all else, Giuseppa loved her family. Her greatest joy came from seeing her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren thrive. She was a woman of extraordinary strength, selflessness, and perseverance whose sacrifices laid the foundation for the generations that followed. Her legacy of hard work, unconditional love, faith, and devotion to family will continue to inspire all who knew her.
elevated tzvEt Though she will be deeply missed, her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends who were blessed to know and love her.
elevated tzvEt Forever loved, forever remembered, and forever in our hearts.
elevated tzvEt May she rest in eternal peace.

We are sorry for your loss. Our deepest condolences to the entire family.
May God grant her Eternal Rest and May She Rest in Peace .
98 years is a very long time. We always thought you would reach the magical century mark, but unfortunately, it wasn’t meant to be.
Although the last ten years looked and felt different, we will always cherish the memories of our childhood with you and how you helped shape our families into what they are today. Your home was the heart of our family, a place filled with love, laughter and lots of food! You taught us to be passionate, and you instilled traditions that many of us still carry on today and hope to pass down for generations to come.
You will always be our Nonna Josie. Rest easy, Nonna. We love you and will miss you forever.
We send our heartfelt condolences to you all.
Many prayers to you all.
